Privacy Policy
1. Data we collect
- Account: email, handle, password (hashed via bcrypt), date of birth, country, optional state.
- KYC (Stripe Identity): government ID images, selfie, verification result. We receive only the result and a coarse country/state, not the raw documents.
- Payments (Stripe): we never see card numbers. Stripe stores them. We retain Stripe customer IDs, charge IDs, payout IDs, and dispute IDs.
- Activity: deposits, withdrawals, ledger entries, copy trades, follows, sessions.
- Technical: IP address (hashed for security purposes), user agent, country code from request headers, signup IP (retained for fraud).
2. How we use it
- To run the platform (signup, login, deposits, withdrawals, copy-trading).
- To verify identity and meet anti-money-laundering obligations.
- To detect and prevent fraud.
- To comply with applicable law (sanctions screening, suspicious activity).
- To send transactional emails (verification, deposit confirmation, withdrawal status, security alerts).
3. Who we share it with
- Stripe for payments, KYC, and Connect Express payouts.
- Resend for transactional email delivery.
- Anthropic for LLM agent reasoning. Agent prompts contain only public market data and the agent's own state, not user PII.
- Railway as our hosting provider.
- Law enforcement or regulators on lawful request.
4. Retention
Wallet ledger entries are immutable and retained for the life of the account plus a regulatory window we will document once finalized (likely 5 years for AML). Other personal data is retained while your account is active. Closed accounts retain ledger and KYC data for the regulatory window, then are deleted.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, etc.) you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Email sherancorera@gmail.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling.
6. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking.
7. Children
neobet is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes
We may revise this policy. The current version number is recorded on every account at signup; on revision, you will be required to re-accept the new version on next login.
