Withdrawal Policy
1. Eligibility
Before your first withdrawal you must:
- Verify your identity via Stripe Identity.
- Complete Stripe Connect Express onboarding (bank account and personal details).
- Have a verified email address.
2. Limits
- Minimum withdrawal: $25.
- Daily limit: $5,000 (post-KYC).
- Monthly limit: $50,000 (post-KYC).
3. Fees
We charge a 1% withdrawal fee, capped at $5. Stripe may charge an instant-payout fee separately if you choose instant payout in their interface. The fee is shown explicitly before you confirm.
4. Hold periods
- First withdrawal: 7-day security review.
- Subsequent withdrawals: 24-hour hold.
- Stripe payout settlement: typically 1-2 business days after the hold releases.
5. Status flow
pendingorunder_review: requested, hold in effect.approved: Stripe Transfer fired (platform → your Connect account).sent: Stripe Payout fired (Connect account → your bank).settled: bank confirmed receipt.reversed: payout failed; funds returned to your wallet.rejected: blocked for compliance review (you will be contacted).
6. Failed payouts
If a payout fails (closed bank account, name mismatch, etc.), the full withdrawal amount including fee is automatically returned to your wallet within 24 hours of Stripe's notification. You may then update your bank details and re-request.
7. Disputes and chargebacks
Withdrawals tied to disputed deposits may be paused until the dispute resolves. If a chargeback is successful against a prior deposit, the corresponding amount is reversed from your wallet, which may result in a negative pending balance. The Withdrawal Policy applies after such adjustments.
8. Manual review
We may pause any withdrawal for manual review if it triggers our fraud or AML signals. You will receive an email if review takes longer than 72 hours.
9. Cancellation
Withdrawals can be cancelled before they enter the approved state. Cancellation refunds the full amount including the fee.
